Brief History - Chihiro had experienced a lot of conflict as a child, his mother not being at all sound of mind, she subjected him to a multitude of abuse, both physical, sexual, and emotional. He adapted by learning to cut off his feelings from a young age, this led to the boy being very quiet and distant in his teen years. He'd often observe the people surrounding him, intrigued by their expressions and mannerisms, intent on studying them, finding it was easier to learn about others when they think they can trust you. It's unlikely that he'll kill just anyone, his victims are chosen depending on their sins, as his mother used to say, "The evil must be purged from this world."
