He comes across as a kind but very level-headed figure of the management team, the intense focus on his work meaning that there is often a very large social divide between himself and his colleagues. Though there are exceptions, his brother (The C.E.O) and the Assistant director often manage to evoke more social responses from him, though his protective nature only really emerges around Kazuo (His little brother). The lack of interest in his colleagues can make the man seem somewhat boring, though if he’s pulled away from work for long enough, his sharp wit and caring nature come to light. Not many notice but he is usually the first to assist the other staff members if they run into difficulty.
